Deposit & Cancellation Policy

To secure your reservation, a 25% deposit of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file TWO day prior to arrival.

Cancellation Terms:

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund of the deposit.

• No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, or for early departures.

• We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.

At least one guest must be 25 years or older and present for the entire stay.
